Prevent
External shading, planting, solar control and low internal gains reduce the load before any system has to work.

Innovation
Healthy. Efficient. Quiet.
The problem we set out to solve
Most hybrid ventilation systems put fans and plant inside classrooms and offices — creating noise, recirculating stale air, and treating occupant comfort as secondary. Climovate was founded on a different belief: ventilation, heating, cooling and hot water should be designed together, holistically, not as separate systems bolted on afterwards.
Our approach
A five-step hierarchy that uses natural forces before adding active energy.
External shading, planting, solar control and low internal gains reduce the load before any system has to work.
Expose thermal mass so the building stores daytime heat.
Use night air and stack or cross ventilation to recharge that mass.
Use earth tubes or shaded inlets to lower incoming air temperature.
Small, quiet mechanical heating or cooling only when passive measures reach their limit.
